In this case, return shipping costs and their standard 15% restocking fee apply. Before scheduling a return pick up, the item must be repackaged in its original carton with the original interior packaging in place. Returns also have to be in new, re-sellable condition. Once they leave you, returns usually arrive back to them in 7-10 business days. The original & return shipping costs are deducted from the order. The delivery team will unbox & assemble your item. To return an item, you must have the original interior packaging and exterior box so hanging on to these is important if you wish the option to return later.
